“Facing Survival” is a portrait series by renowned artist David Kassan, capturing the stories of living Holocaust survivors. We were asked to create a title brand to support the documentary’s distribution, future exhibitions, and collateral like art books, posters, and educational materials.

Delivery

A logo mark and brand playbook designed to support both the documentary and its larger mission — honoring the legacy and resilience of each survivor’s story. The system is flexible enough for marketing, exhibitions, and artifacts that carry the work into new spaces.

The brand palette draws directly from the paintings—rich, grounded tones that echo the depth and dignity of each portrait.

Each design is thoughtfully calibrated to engage viewers across a range of contexts and distances—from quiet moments flipping through an art book or walking through a gallery, to immersive, interactive experiences on streaming platforms.
